    The focus of this interview will be to learn about our company, the role and our team.

  • Meet the hiring manager

    In this step you will meet your direct manager and focus on the role you've applied to.

  • Case or Technical Interview

    You will present a case or test; in some processes, it is prepared before the interview, and in other processes, it is done during. In this step you will also get to meet parts of your team!

  • Leadership focus and meet head of department

    In some recruitment processes, the last step is to meet the department head for a last chat.

    If you have applied for a leadership role, you meet the Chief People Officer and Head of the Department as the last step in a leadership-focused interview.
