Within the Customer Excellence team, we enjoy working closely together, sharing knowledge and supporting each other in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment. The Customer Excellence team works towards our platform BIMobject and is key to strengthening customer engagement, increasing platform adoption, and supporting long-term retention across markets. We’re now looking to expand the team with someone who can support us with a wide range of tasks while also learning the ins and outs of the SaaS and ConTech industry.
As our new Customer Excellence intern, you will…
Collaborate: Work closely with our Customer Excellence team to optimize our usage of systems and ensure our customers get first class support.
Data support: Support with reactive tasks ranging from setting up customer profiles on BIMobject.com, updating CRM systems and gathering data, drafting marketing material and proactively identifying customer trends.
Customer meetings: Support in proactive tasks ranging from preparing meeting materials and notes, as well as summarising customer materials
Grow & expand: In addition, there will be opportunities to explore working with larger data sets, structured knowledge sharing and supporting the team in improving processes. We want to create an internship that makes sense for both of us!
We believe that you …
Currently pursuing a degree within sales, marketing, digital marketing or a related field with an internship as part of your studies and are curious about learning more about commercial operations within the SaaS industry.
Are comfortable taking ownership of your own tasks and driving them forward, and are eager to learn and develop in a fast-paced environment.
Are detail-oriented and take pride in getting things right. In addition, you enjoy creating structure among data, lists and processes.
Fluent in English, both writing and speaking
Extra awesome (or for you to learn)
Additional European language skills such as Swedish, Italian, German or French
Experience with outreach or communication (email, events, customer-facing roles)
Experience working with formulas in Google Sheets/Excel

Practicalities: This is an internship that requires authorization to work in Sweden and is eligible for academic credits as par of your education, (eg LIA). The internship should be at least 10 weeks.
