Within the Expansion & Data Partners team, we connect with partners requiring digital product data, providing direct and indirect value through our offerings. As a small team of four, we thrive on collaboration while also empowering each other to drive our own initiatives. We believe that our new Account Executive is customer-centric with a commercial mindset and focused on finding the best solutions for our partners and potential partners. As our new Account Executive, you will…
- Work with the full sales cycle, from prospecting and initiating the sales process to negotiating and closing deals.
- Build relationships with potential partners and customers through different initiatives and by attending events in northern Europe.
- Work closely with the rest of the Expansion & Data Partners team and other internal stakeholders to manage internal account tasks and ensure timely product and service delivery to clients.
- Track progress and stay organized using tools like the company's CRM system to manage information.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and company offerings and services.
We believe that you …
- Have solid sales experience and understand complex sales processes and products. You are used to putting yourself in the customer´s shoes and understanding their needs.
- Have experience in handling multiple accounts while seeking new opportunities.
- Are experienced in CRM software with a strong aptitude for quickly adapting to new systems.
- Have a Post-secondary education in business, economics or equivalent.
- Are a strong communicator in English and preferably in Swedish. Any other language is a bonus!

By doing so, Bim.com enables those who build to make informed decisions, work smarter, and enhance the overall efficiency and quality of the construction project.
Building better starts with us too, a dedicated group of people collecting all this data from the manufacturers and creating the platforms under the Bim.com umbrella for distributing it. These are currently: BIMobject - the industry’s global, open library of BIM files. Prodikt - the building project tool with integrated sustainability data. The Design App - automating climate calculations in building design. And lastly, supporting distributors and partners with data directly from Bim.com. On top of that, for the manufacturer we offer EandoX, LCA and BIM services - for creating product information, and making it ready for the market.
Practicalities
This position is located in Malmö and offers a hybrid work model. We love the mix of meeting at the office and having the possibility to explore what works best for you.
