Customer Success Manager to EandoX

We are a green tech company, with extensive experience in sustainable services. We deliver two platforms, a world-leading marketplace for connecting architects and manufacturers (bimobject.com) and the unique sustainability platform Prodikt (www.prodikt.com), focusing on stakeholders and actors in the construction and property sector. To fuel these platforms, we develop BIM objects and EPDs. Additionally, we provide a software called EandoX that enables tracking in real-time of scope 3 emissions, generate reports like EPDs, and continuously work with eco design.

Who are you?
We are looking for a talented, self-motivated, Customer Success Manager with a passion for customer care and sustainability. It comes naturally for you to have the customer in focus and handle many tasks at once. Creating structure from the ground up comes naturally to you, and you enjoy creating clarity in chaos. You thrive in a small team where you collaborate with your peers to create the best possible solutions.
More about your experience
- 2+ years of customer support experience or similar from a SaaS company
- Worked with technical support for a software solution
- Strong communication skills in English.
Extra awesome
- Previous experience in the sustainability industry or working with a sustainability focus
- Communication skills in Swedish or another language is a big plus
As our new Customer Success Manager, you will…
- Serve as the primary point of contact for EandoX customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Collaborate with the sales manager of EandoX to gain insight into current and future customer needs, ensuring a proactive approach to customer satisfaction.
- Design and optimize processes, including onboarding procedures, to deliver exceptional customer experiences at every stage.
- Build and nurture strong customer relationships, driving retention and loyalty, by manifesting the customer value and return on investment.
Practicalities
This position is located in Malmö and will follow a hybrid work model.
